Here you are looking at a product that we built with all hand laid fiberglass for a customer that had his own mold for his race car. We began by buffing , polishing and waxing the mold to make ready for producing the product. We sprayed the mold with gel-coat and hand laid the entire piece with three layers of fiberglass to achieve the customers thickness specifications. We then trimmed and popped the piece from the mold for it was ready for customer pick up and to install on race car.
